Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping Policy:

For Clothing and Accessories:
We offer free shipping anywhere in India for all clothing products and accessories. The orders are generally despatched within 1-3 working days. A shipment tracking link is sent via text / email as soon as the package is dispatched. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. During busy season / festivals/ holiday periods, there can be shipping delays beyond our control. Any order which requires customization will at least take 10 working days to be despatched.

If your order is urgent, you can get in touch with us at contact@champscloset.in and we would surely try to despatch your order on priority.

For Cushions:
We charge a flat fee of Rs. 120 per Cushion set for shipping anywhere in India. The cushion orders are generally despatched within 1-3 working days. A shipment tracking link is sent via text / email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. During busy season / festivals/ holiday periods, there can be shipping delays beyond our control.

International Shipping Policy:

For all products:
For orders with Delivery Address within USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore and UAE:
  • Rs. 1,199 on orders below Rs. 10,000
  • Rs. 999 on orders above Rs. 10,000
For orders with Delivery Address to any other Country:
  • Rs. 1,399 on orders below Rs. 10,000
  • Rs. 1,199 on orders above Rs. 10,000

Cash On Delivery (COD):
The Cash on Delivery facility is currently available for Kolkata city only. COD charges shall be additional if applicable.

Delivery Timeline:

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days anywhere in India / 7 to 12 working days anywhere in the world unless the pin code provided is in military or rural area where the shipping process will involve 2 to 3 extra days.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

The Courier Agency will make three attempts to deliver the order and the package will otherwise be returned to our warehouse.

Additional Shipping Cost might be involved if the package is returned due to non-availability of customer.

Packaging:

All the orders that we ship are packed in waterproof cartons or packets so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at contact@champscloset.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Additional Terms and Conditions related to International Shipment:

When ordering from Champs Closet, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Those items for shipment to countries outside of the India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import duty fees have been calculated, you authorize Champs Closet to designate a courier company or freight forwarder to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import duty fees for such item. The import duty may be collected by Courier Company on or before delivery.

Limitations for International Shipment:

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; the products may not be designed in accordance with destination country specifications and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
